Are your products cruelty-free?

Most of our products are it will be clearly labeled on our products and if you are still concerned please feel free to contact us at contactus@bebellacosmetics.com 

When will you be stocking your sold out products?

Please sign up for our newsletters to be the first to be notified of all our restocks and new products! We also make all our major announcements on our social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook, and SnapChat!


Why do my swatches look different?

The swatches on our website represent our products best as possible, however the colors may appear different on everyone. The result of the colors may vary due to: monitor resolution and color settings, lighting, camera settings, skin tone, etc.


Order Questions:

How can I check the status of my package?

You should receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team along with a tracking number once your order has been processed.

Please refer to your tracking number for status updates.

How can I add a discount code to my order?

At checkout click View Order Summary. Add Gift Card Or Code in field shown.

 

How do I add a discount code after order is placed?

Unfortunately once your order is placed we are unable to edit or add a discount code.

 

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Customer is in charge of sending back the package and we will issue a gift card. We do not process refunds, exchanges only.

Product must be intact and in its original packaging. 

Please note once an order is placed we can not modify the order, only cancel and issue a store credit.

My order was cancelled due to “fraud attempt.”

If you order was cancel due to "fraud attempt" as a mistake we do apologize. This may be due to wrong information or incomplete information of the billing information that belonged to the card you attempted to use. There are other reason why our system might have detected the order fraud but this is the most common. Our system works to protect fraudulent orders and sometimes minor alerts when placing the order may create your order fraud.

When the order is then canceled by our system, the money that was withdrawn will be refunded back to the same account used in 3-4 business days depending on your bank.  

 

I received broken item(s) in my order

Please email our Customer Service team at contactus@bebellacosmetics.com. Provide images of broken items, full name and order number. We will get back to you at asap!

 

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately once your order is placed we are unable to cancel or modify the order. A store credit/gift card can be issued. Please email our Customer Service team at contactus@bebellacosmetics.com please provide your full name and order number.
