U.S. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders must be placed by 11am PST to start processing the same day.  Processing time typically process within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday). During sales, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!  

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays, holiday weekends).  Bebellacosmetics.com offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. Orders $75 and over (excluding taxes and discounts).  Bebella Cosmetics ships within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

*Please Note: selecting a faster shipping method will not decrease processing time, it only speeds in transit time.

Bebella Cosmetics SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Bebella Cosmetics is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

Please notify our customer service team within 15 days after tracking states delivered regarding any questions on your order. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently offer international shipping for the following countries- Ireland, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Canada. 

All International orders are subject to custom fee & duties as defined by the country. All orders do not include custom fee or duties. All custom fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
